  • Health checks are conducted on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday mornings. Charges are subject to change without notice. Please confirm when you make an appointment.
  • Payment should be by cash, cheque or money order in Australian currency. Cheques should be made payable to Acasia International Pty Ltd
  • Cancellation within less than 48 working day hours from the date of your appointment will attract a cancellation fee. Working day includes Monday and Friday. No show without notice on the day of appointment will incur a fee.
