Cabrini has some 2000 accredited medical staff with specialist consulting suites on-site.
Cabrini Hospital also has another acute care hospital in Brighton for the convenience of patients in the bayside suburbs. Cabrini has a 95 bed Nursing Home in Ashwood and a Palliative Care Hospital in Prahran for those in the last stages of life.
Cabrini sets very high standards within the health care sector and are proud of their continued accreditation with the Australian Council on Healthcare Standards since 1977. Cabrini is a not-for-profit, charitable institution. All profits are reverted back into developing services, medical research, expanding facilities for patients and helping the poor and needy through their mission work. カブリーニ病院はイタリアから派遣された数名の宣教修道女が1948年に来豪して、当時メルボルンのモルバンの現在地に 所在の聖ベネディクト病院を引き継いだことに端を発します。その後、地域に貢献する私立病院として順調に拡充を続けた 結果、1999年の創立50周年時点では豪州で最大の私立病院 のひとつへと発展していました。カブリーニ病院は所謂、利益追求団体ではなく、利益は病院の一層の発展のために再投資されているほか宣教活動の一環として援助を必要とする人々へ手を差し伸べています。アフリカ大陸のスワジーランドで孤児院をカブリーニ病院が専門家を派遣し運営しているのはその一例です。モルバンの本院施設の他に、2002年にはメルボルン郊外ブライトンのブライトン病院が加わり、また養老院や末期患者看護に特化した病院なども合わせると2000名の 多様な医療資格所持者が従事しています。日本人のカブリーニ病院での出産数も年を追って増加しています。
